In accordance with the option granted to the Management Company under AMF Position DOC-2011-19, and as reflected in the prospectus of the GREEN AND IMPACT BOND FRANCE fund, Homa Capital has updated the prospectus to specify the subscribers concerned by unit class B of the fund.
From now on, unit class B is intended exclusively for large institutional investors who subscribed prior to December 31, 2021.
